Are your costume jewelery products waterproof?

Our products are water resistant. It is advisable not to wear them daily in the shower. It is not recommended for use in swimming pools or the sea.

How can I clean your products?

To clean our products, simply rub them with a silver cloth without any specific product.

I have seen an article that I like but is sold out. Is it possible to be restocked?

Our products are constantly updated. Very often it can happen that the product is replenished during the season. We advise you to register and save the item in your wishlist so you can easily check its availability.

Where can I see the details of my order from?

In the account section you can recall all the details of the order.

Can I have the data of an order just completed?

It is not possible to make changes to a completed order, nor to merge multiple orders into a single shipment.

Can I change the shipping address of an order in progress?

For security reasons we cannot change the address indicated for the delivery of the package.
